On 26 May 2026, Lindsey Hallam, Chris Bennett and Matthew Callaghan were
appointed Joint Administrators of Radley + Co Limited.

Returns Policy
All goods purchased on or after 26 May 2026 are sold as seen. Returns or exchanges
will only be accepted where goods are faulty or otherwise required by law.
Gift Cards
Gift cards will continue to be accepted as payment for a limited period until Friday 5
June 2026. We thank customers for their understanding and continued support
during this period.
Important Information
The affairs, business and property of the Companies are being managed by the
Joint Administrators. The Joint Administrators act as agents of the Companies and
contract without personal liability.
Lindsey Hallam, Chris Bennett and Matthew Callaghan are licensed in the United
Kingdom to act as insolvency practitioners by the Institute of Chartered
Accountants in England and Wales under section 390A(2)(a) of the Insolvency Act
1986.
